Doesn’t stink when you open it has more taste isn’t chawy
That’s why it’s twice the price
When I was there I was trying to sell British stuff you are questioning why ours is better that says something
There needs to be some some logic behind statements to make them true though. Why would our lamb be "better " than say New Zealand lamb? They are the same species reared on pasture based systems where could the difference be coming from?

Lots green lush grass in Australia , its not all desert 😂 lot of really good growthy area s , by all means promote your/0ur produce but dont do it by dishing others thats the road to no where .
Everyone’s taste will be different but I don’t like new season lamb to strong for me I would think the Aussie lamb would be more like my favourite a yearling weather I’m sure they kill later and at heavier weight's
Weight seems to be creeping up here now

You lot are a very special breed that’s for sure. I try and promote our products when I’m ever away anywhere.
I wonder if Mercedes questions why he is better than Nissan
Doubt it
A certain friend of mine travels abroad to sell our product which he has been very successful doing so he would be in despair reading British lamb producers writing this

New season lamb doesn’t have any where near as much taste as a hogget imo but it’s a lot more tender

I always prefer young sheep like 18month over nee season lamb , but everyone differs .
