Is the minimum wage now abouve “Craftsman’s” wage (if such a thing still exists).
Been looking on web but most information seems to be out of date.
Looks like after 35 years farming using hundreds of thousands of pounds worth of machinery and applying the same in fert and chemical,I can say I’m on minimum wage😂😂

If I remember right they dropped the craftsman's rate just after I qualified for it.:banghead:🤪
Just got to negotiate your rate now and hope someone will pay it.
Don't forget to have a contract.

Be wary of recruitment agency’s I been caught out by them in the past. Turned up for an interview and the company I went to had no idea I was coming. I don’t trust them and see them more of a parasite than anything else!

Won't be full time though, book you in for a week, cancel the week on Monday morning, site shuts down or slows for a month and doesn't need you etc.
Beware of headline rates, these jobs are temp jobs at best and you need to live near them.
