Does this rule include flowering cover crops? Presume it does.

It does. It also includes a 46 month break before more neonic beet can be grown on the same parcel. Lot of people will be on 1 in 3 rotations for beet…
The more pragmatic approach is to assume any plant is fine as long as it is not allowed to flower.

120-150 units /AC depending on what the soil analysis is for potash
wiper on now . front ploughs finding dry so keep going
then he will wonder why it blows .

I always think this is the best soil for beet; it just loves it. I’ve seen some monster crops which when they were drilled looked like they were going into a field of rocks. Looks like you’ve hit conditions spot on there

As frustrating as today's showers have been, I don't think they're terrible as they have stopped the land drying too quick which it was doing over the weekend.
Anything with any guts to it went from snot to rock too quickly which isn't great.
