Had 2 yearling in a row, pedigree Texels, mother the lambs (both twins) but won’t let them feed. I have had one in an adopter for the last 3 days (out in the night) doesn’t flinch when they feed. As soon as they are out, won’t let them. Any advice?

Could be a silly question but how far can you go with the info collected from a DNA test. For example I'd like to test a pedigree yearling ewe, bought her mother in lamb. The sire is DNA tested but only the Grandsire of her Dam is DNA tested.

Got 3 yearling ewes with a cough, 2 x Texel x Blue Texel and 1 Blue Texel x Welsh Mule.

How do people feel about yearlings that don't take their lambs? Could they be ok next year?

14 1 crop Suffolk Mules, all lambed and reared last year as yearlings. 2-year-old (30 months).
Ram in 9th October - 4th November. Due 4th March - 30th March.
Scanned 214% with 1 single, 10 twins and 3 triplets. In lamb to a good Beltex ram.

Interested to know what people do with big bales regarding keeping them out? We have a bit of rain coming in this weekend, they've been baled 3 days ago and there is good weather after the damp weekend. Better to keep them out for a few weeks?
