I can recommend both Wyvern & Synergy ---i employ them both

They also only have to start an inspection within 48 hrs of asking to visit This means that if you're pushed for time or it's inconvenient to meet them all you have to do is show them a field with sheep in (over the gate) ---they then can't hassle you/stop movements for 14 days

I just call before hand & order what I want, they book it out and leave it aside for me (or whoever I send) to pick up

Don't know but the 2 agreements I am involved with are working well The two historic agreements I was involved with also worked well & ended amicably

My experience is that a well structured system leaves the landowners with a decent income whilst allowing the same for the other party Both parties just have to be open & able to think outside the box

Of course...all parties have to be profitable
