IME if you have milky ewes & grass/clover leys to support them then triplets are fine left on
When we had an organic /clean grazing system with 25% RC leys the trips did fine and the ewes weaned them in good enough...

My experience is that a well structured system leaves the landowners with a decent income whilst allowing the same for the other party
