My Cvx 230 is my ploughing/Trio tractor and after just 2700hrs the Michelin Mach bibs are down to 20% mainly because in life before me it dragged a 21t digger around at 35psi.

Anyways 650/75 r38
Michelin £3900
Vredstein £2700
BKT £1375

Front 600/65 r38 have similar pricing.

Am I going to be disappointed going BKT?

And if I boight new rims would the old Michelins fit my 1455xl🤔👌?

We have those tyres on a similar blue tractor doing the same jobs. No complaints and would buy again. Only criticism would be that they are not quite as nice on the road.

VF tyres don’t seem to exist for this size when we enquired (18 months or so ago) I presume because of the relatively high load ratings of this size tyre.

when we enquired about Bridgestones they were nearly twice the price of BKTs.

BKTs are good, but for grip, comfort, and (I'm reliably informed) wear, these rather nice vredestein were only £400 more for the set from Peter Shepherd tyres 🤷

Interesting things one learns watching the Indian Premier League T20 cricket competition….

BKT are India’s biggest tyre manufacturer by some distance hence probably why they are highly competitive on price
