Private kill butchery service - Would you use this?

Hi all,

me and my husband are planning to start offering a service to butcher private kills for other farmers for their own consumption/meat boxes etc, we already do our own pork boxes and lamb and beef and are trained butchers with years of experience so could offer a higher quality and more bespoke service than the abattoirs, as well as making sausages, burgers etc to any recipe you wanted.

is this something you might be interested in using and if so how much would you expect to pay and what would you want from this sort of service? We’re in Gloucestershire but just scoping if there’s interest

Yes. Stick it on livestock and forage though you'll get more people replying than here I didn't know this part existed till just now I happened to see it on new posts.

The meat we sell ourselves comes from our own pigs and my dad’s beef and lamb put through the abbatoir for private kill, just setting up our little cutting room now
