Is it true that land will lose its value if not maintained? If so how much?

How long is a piece of string... there are so many variables, end of the day land is worth what someone is willing to pay to own it or pay to stop someone else owning it.... today an acre of arable land is economically worth more than an acre of permanent grass, an acre of grass worth more...

    The war in Ukraine...

What complete and utter bollox, you do live in some weird fantasy world. Kharkiv was always an ambition, the loss to the Ukrainian counter offensive was within russia seen as a significant defeat. Mykolaiv and Odessa were always serious objectives too.. a land bridge to Transnistria and cut...

    The war in Ukraine...

The fog of war.. it’s impossible for Ukraine to build substantial fortifications along its entire boarder and similarly russia dont either. Remember there have been at least two incisions in the opposite direction into the belgorod region. Good defences are placed where geography assists...

    The war in Ukraine...

This is the “strength” of russia, it’s created a population so cuck they are willingly to walk like mindless orcs into almost certain deaths. Ukrainians, like us are typically much more human, survival is one of the most powerful drivers of normal human behaviour Many more russians have also...

    The war in Ukraine...

hmm and yet all the newer members, they did not join for the benefit of America or to undo the European experiment, they did so for the sake of protecting their own right to self determination. Are the US entirely innocent in all this, of course not, that’s the messy world of geopolitics, but...

    The war in Ukraine...

If you sir cannot see that russian words and actions of aggression have been the first, second and third drivers of all NATO expansion then you sir are, in the most polite term I can conceive, a complete muppet. NATO is an alliance not an empire. Expansion has come though having shared values...

    The war in Ukraine...

trump is merely lining up excuses for future USA inaction. The Nato states underinvesting in defense by 0.1 or 0.2% of GDP is really small change compared to the might the US brings to the table. putler would rather face a European force who invest 5% of GDP in defence but are without USA...

    BNG Credits for hedges

er yes it absolutely is nonsense. Tree planting and other such schemes are unable to keep pace with carbon emissions from deforestation and other bio-carbon losses, that has to be achieved before any bio-carbon storage scheme can be considered an offset to the burning of fossil carbon.
