They are all the same, Scotland's most iconic brand "the famous grouse"is mostly eastern Europe maize,and north British distillery uses a heck of a lot of it,so much for provenance 🙄
brown rust i think?,that was the only disease that really caused me much concern,and occasionally mildew,rust for some reason was always more of an issue south of the clyde,was quite common for the header to be covered in brown spores at harvest
I have a problem with diamond urea/sulfur blend this year, lots of small very hard lumps all the way through it,that chokes up the grids,it was delivered in march this year,on inspection the bags are stamped 2018,I am still waiting on a response from my supplier????
