Transform back to graze land ?

Hey , i don't really know where to ask this question but here we go

Little introduction, i would like to buy a property of around 8 ha, so i can become a hobby farmer with just a few cows ( highlanders maybe ) and maybe alpaca's but definitely free run chickens, ...
And the dream is offcourse to be able to work fulltime on it, but aslong as it needs i will just work my normal job.
Now i have found a piece of land the size of 8 ha. It's a shame the owners have clearcut all the tree's on it and there where in the past maybe some graze lands, and they digged drainage next to it. But for a very long time it has been neglected.

Here are some pictures of it.

How much work would it be to transform the grazelands to nice grassfields where the animals can graze ?
Now, it is a landscape with these strange grassball plants sticking up, are they called bogs ?

Thanks in advance !

Sweden is a very big place. Is it North or South of Stockholm. Personally I would only consider land south of Stockholm as at my age anything further North is to harsh an environment.
