What beetles are people finding?

So far I’ve mostly been catching a lot of common heartshields and purple plate jaws but this time I found a few much smaller sorts. Pin palps I think🤷 and a big eyed beetle. Worth checking before emptying out since they’re easily lost in the debris

Interesting. I find a lot of the small money spiders regularly as well as other non beetle invertebrates of all shapes and sizes. Also most traps have flies in them about half the size of normal houseflies. Not sure what the insect is on the plate but I reckon it’s some form of springtail (collembola)🤷
