Not sure this is up to the high level of bodgeineering usually displayed in this thread but here is today's effort

One of the bits of box that support the counterweight on my hiab trailer had broken and fallen off somewhere in the UK

Didn't have any suitable box section so cut a strip of steel from some scrap and heater it up and put a 90 degree twist in it, few holes and we're good to go again (y)

Bit of a problem Friday morning, wheat bin auger stopped working, on closer examination the 3.5inch auger tube appears to have seen better days - and the flight had started eating it.

Need the wheat for the mill and mix by Sunday at the latest, auger broken 5 feet under an 18' diameter bin with 58 tonnes of wheat on top of it and no other way of emptying it

The auger and tube is inside that 6 inch galv pipe which is concreted in.

Solution, home made reamer to widen remains of auger tube allowing me to bang in a replacement pipe, so relieved it worked but took a while to sort out everything, the bin bottom only 4 feet from another wall so not much room for long handled tools

Whilst I was making and using this I promised myself that I would post it here if it was a success as it is the true tradition of bodgeing - that was a piece of 3.5 inch galv pipe until I set about it with the angle grinder and welder.
