Certainly can, up to around 160A's it'll be fine. If you wanted to sort yourself a 16A plug you'd need an electrician to sort you out :)

Honestly, there isn't massive amounts of difference for the money other than amps, you'll happily run a 4MM rod on the 162 :)

Argon regulator is included, yes, but this models case is too small for a 4 roll feeder to fit in so is just a standard 2 roll feeder which is perfectly fine for Steel and stainless steel. They also have a separately powered wire feed motor so no wire feed issues whatsoever.

As said, They can indeed "run out" as it were, especially after 10 years of use. A good budget one to consider is the Futuris X650 or the Parweld WH-1 :)
