23ft x 30ft steel frame workshop / garage

Hi all.

We have a cancelled order sat in the workshop ready to go. The attached 3d drawing was the planned use as a double MOT garage, as it stands the door framing is not made or included but it can be. 4m high to the eaves with a 6deg roof pitch. Steel frame and bolts only included in this sale.

£1500+vat, ex works.

We can deliver anywhere on a trailer at cost, or you can collect from Herefordshire. Timber rails and purlins along with the cladding can be supplied.

If you require a different size please just ask for a quote.

What sort of price, roughly for a 90` x 45`x 16` livestock shed with overhang along front
Same style as the picture on your home page, with yorkshire boarding and concrete panels around 3 sides

Hi @Dman2 a good ballpark for budgeting is between £4-6 per sq ft depending on spec, walls, erection etc.

If I had somewhere to out it id snap that up! Stayed somewhere last weekend with a triple bay version for storing offroad bikes and a workshop. Was perfect size and height

I'm looking for a price on a 25ft wide x30 ft long x 12ft to the eaves with roof and half clad sides will block work to 5 ft all round,
doors on one end at least 15ft wide
To be used as muti purpose shed tractors hay and lambing.
