It's possibly the smallest ,most ridiculously placed filter I've come across!
It is a jcb!There's definitely not one inside above the throttle pedal.
Unless it's accessed by literally pulling the thing to bits to get to it.

Or the same people who mounted the jcb engined ones fuel filter on the engine. Its on flexi pipes ffs. Fix it somewhere easier.Same people who used to site the hand primer directly below the turbo. Needed a skin graft if someone ran them dry.

I just wanted to know where they are.Why are you worried about it? is the air flow from the vents poor? outer filter looks reasonable.
Took me years before the in cab one came to light, still have trouble finding it and I know it's there. 2017 machine though.
