accord dl tramline shut off valve

the valve on one of the three tramline switches is stuck open, and you can feel something happening on the valve when it's turned on but doesn't shut it off anyone had same prob and could it be an easy fix, I've never taken one apart before. thanks for any help

Seed dressing often builds up in them.
Take it apart and clean it out. May need a little WD 40 (or similar) on the linkage - but only just a drop or it'll attract more dust to it.
