Advice for tramline kit.

I have a simba freeflow and it needs a replacement ram for using the tramline kit. The thing is I don't have enough spools on the tractor to use it anyway. Would it be possible to use a 12v actuator to replace it like below. Has anyone done something similar?

As above; it doesn’t need its own feed. When I first got my freeflow I only had 3 spools on the drill tractor too. Diverter tap the marker and fold up pipes; you never need both at the same time.

I only have 2 spools. One runs the fan and the other lifts the drill up and down. Previous owner never used the markers they were cut off and didnt use the shut off, he did all the spraying and fert with gps.

Ah. What on earth tractor big enough to pull a freeflow only has 2 spools?! Have you got a loader/hitch you can steal some flow from? Well the tramliner works off the markers from memory if that helps.

Case maxxum 5140 🤣 it's used on laboured ground. Ploughed and pulled through with a cultivator.

If you only have 2 spools just common the tranlining into the up and down but remember to press tramline hold on the box when you lift up to go round telegraph poles, learnt from experience! You could also common in the markers 2 if you wanted but you may want to put a on/off solenoid onto the markers so you can either keep them up or down if you want to when lifting the drill up and down but not complicated.

I'll see if I can plumb something up, I would need to check the box as well if all the controls still work.
