Hi Agridata,
I've been trying to contact the company for the last 2 weeks via all telephone numbers and e-mail, but to no avail! Having visited your stand at the Welsh Winter Fair in Builth last November to discuss EID readers, I now wish to purchase a reader via yourselves. Can you please get in touch or advise how I get hold of you.

Good luck I gave up trying with them 12 months ago.
God knows how many messages/emails I left, I honestly thought they had stopped trading till I saw this.

I certainly wouldn't spend my money on an EID reader with them, terribLe company to deal with huge lack of support, I would spend your money elsewhere.

Having recently bought into the Orchid dairy records system, including their tablet app, I can't recommend them enough. They have been very proactive in getting me up and running, checking and recommending ways to use the system. I have been rather slow to populate and utilise the program but they continue to be very patient and helpful. The system is easy and comprehensive to use.
I don't normally give public praise but these guys have been so good for the past few months that they deserve it.
Only just come off the system where I registered some calvings, entered freeze-brands for some heifers and registered the births with the CTS. All basic stuff, but essential and data stored in the cloud.

What did they run you @Cowabunga ? Im going make a change as im having to work around my agridata by entering stuff multiple times which is the reason it was bought in the first place.
