Hello. I’m new to this forum and trying to find my way around. I’ve seen your thread about Alpro. We are having issues connecting. We didn’t know whether it was because there is a newer version out. Any chance you could point me in the right direction please, for help that it. Thanks

Yeah all backed up. It’s the connection that is the issue.

Our computer died a month ago so no more backups and the Delaval engineer won’t put alpro onto another computer. Typical Delaval engineer also won’t give me an idea on price of Delaval upgrade. Talked to a guy last week and he says Delaval are doing a special offer for Delpro upgrades but I see nothing about a special offer.

How's everyone getting on with their delpro upgrade? Alpro backup now stopped, so decision time risk it or upgrade!
Been using Delpro for two months now after changing parlours, has taken a while to get used to as we were running Alpro on a simple basis. Delpro wants you to input large amounts of info that I don’t need or want, but starting to find ways around it slowly.

Delpro is vast, not all of it is needed or used, but sufficient data is a must for it to run efficiently. As for cost, I paid £5k for the hardware and software, last year.

Been quoted £5500 to upgrade. Don't really use alpro. Just manually set feeds etc. Was planning on going on uniform, but the rep reckons it would be a waste as delpro does everything that uniform does. Is that true?

Doesn’t do passports, there’s an app, but not pushed.
