Thinking of going on dragons den to see if any of them will back me buying cattle to fatten what
you reckon In or out

There was a series once where the contestant wanted to grow fruit or nuts or some such thing and he basically went on and said the obstacle in my way is the purchase of 5Ac of land ,

the dragon ( not on show anymore) snapped his hand off and bought him the land ( obv couldn't loose cos the dragon kept hold of the land and if the job failed he still got the land ....

Farmers have a bit of a reputation for being tight..... that reputation hasnt come from extravagant spending has it!

£180-£200 per full box of lamb

Well 40-50 kilo live
By the time you’ve taken them to the abattoir, paid for killing and cutting then collected and delivered the box it will need to be £180-£200

I charge £8kg for the odd one I do , prob not enough though....
Only do for others when having some done for self

And usually towards 50kg
