Texel ewes £186 and £149 for big girls, never sold cast ewes for that much before.
Cheviot ewes £120 for biguns and £90 for small but fit. So they’re a good trade but not as big a lift as for big continental ewes!!
Medium texel ewes £90
All lambing disasters it’s paid to turn them out for a few weeks this year.
Hoggs avg £3.96 ppk and £150 and that was my finish so included some real grotters so they where unbelievable for a finish off 👍
Won’t have anything to report until I start again in July 🥲 will have to report on sore tits or summet
Our swale yows last night were £90, then £18 for some plainer sorts. Didn't think there should have been that much difference between them, would have paid to feed them on a bit
