Any lamb prices for next week?
We got £5.50 this weekDown from what?
White faced would be cheaper than Melton you'd buy some 160-170 ok sorts. And decent ones less than 200. Mules dear you'd have to give 180-190 for anything but a handful. Best 220. Some chap had probably 400 at big money and made the trade hot from the start.Any reports from rugby today?

I can't make out why breeders are so hot?
I really don’t know! It could be because people didn’t buy as many last year but I don’t know of anyone that cut back last year.I can't make out why breeders are so hot?
Did people not buy as many replacements last year cos of drought and are now restocking?
Fine let the butchers sell the lamb people will go there instead of supermarketsOur friendly local abbatoir doesn’t want lambs for a few weeks because “the supermarkets are saying lambs are too dear”.
@Northeastfarmer is maybe correct about his favourite companyOur friendly local abbatoir doesn’t want lambs for a few weeks because “the supermarkets are saying lambs are too dear”.
