I have never had them check much tbh. I do usually turn up after the sale has started mind you….Who points them out? they teeth them and if they find them you take your medicine.

nobody likes it and it was supposed to stop. But that never happened for some reasonI have never had them check much tbh. I do usually turn up after the sale has started mind you….
It’s an easy discountnobody likes it and it was supposed to stop. But that never happened for some reason
Yes, breeder quite near you.Charolais?
Probably the dry feed wearing away the milk teeth and incisors coming through.
I asked the question because this year I have decided to feed the hogs despite having grass- to speed the the job up to beat the teeth coming through and felt that on the basis of last year trying to do it on grass alone cost much more due to the discount and the extra potential weight/finish the non fed lambs just didnt have . On the basis of last years experience .I disagree. I think genetics are the most important factor.
All run without hard feed, I find shedding sheep here will be putting teeth up from 12 months, whilst pure Charollais and crosses will be safe enough for another month or so.
I’ve heard several others saying similar, so not just here.
Dry here!Torrential rain for a change
