That's the issue we got paid in June this year and cannot see a reason for it.

I have one track I drew on the RLE1 that has been extended (it's there but can be ploughed out) but am I going to fight it no as I cannot take getting paid next June again

I got my second lot of money in June so can't grumble but I still haven't got my statement so have no idea if I got the right amount.

Hope you get sorted soon @reverand
At least you have a statement. We know we are short, questioned the rpa in May, and was told to wait for our statement..... still have not received it!

They sent me a letter saying why I was ineligible after they had told me twice I was eligible and told my agent once even before my 2015 claim was submitted. They have been sent paperwork to prove that what they are saying about me being ineligible is wrong, this was a fortnight ago and I've still heard nothing !.
It's now well over a year since my 2015 claim was submitted and it's still not sorted out. In the letter it stated they had made changes to my land, they have NOT my maps are just as they where the day the system went live !. They have however taken all but 2.5 ha of entitlements off me because they say I'm ineligible. I rang them before the 2016 deadline to find out what was happening to be told "oh your on this list you will be payed make a 2016 claim" I made a claim tho my agent costing me even more money !.
To date with buying my entitlements and all my agents fees I've spent more than my 2015 claim is worth !, I now look like losing all of that money because of the information the RPA told me and my agent may have been wrong in the first place
How can anyone be left to get away with running any business or department in this way is completely beyond me.

While that advice is welcome, is there any reason why statements cannot / are not sent, concurrently with cash?

Hi, thanks for asking. Typically a claim statement will follow a payment in a matter of weeks. If you have not received yours please email your contact details and SBI to[email protected] and we'll see if we can help with your statement. Thanks.

My cash came in December, thank you.
But the arrival the statement FOUR months later, highlighted a vapourised land parcel. So, like many others, I completed 2016 without the correct entitlements. Technically over claiming.

The point, as made by @4course, is that sending statements at the same time as the cash would be helpful.

+1
Same has happened with us. Stil no sign of reasons for the statement inaccuracy

I just got my statement two months after my money finally arrived at the end of June.
On it says it was calculated on June the 21st and printed on the 30th of June but arrived the 6th of August. Of course the information on it is incorrect with 40ha missing, but there is no list of land parcels so will have to phone up to check what's missing.
To me it would seem there are massive problems in the administration side of the RPA as well as the IT and mapping issues.
Not sure what's going on but I can garentee I will waste many hours on the phone trying to find out.
Any suggestions @RPA @Guy Smith

Thanks @RPA, got my calculated out and worked out the missing Ha are fell rights and I revived roughly the right money but the payment doesn't show up on my statement
Since found out this is universal across all folk claiming fell rights. Not sure why but it does make things confusing, supposed to be an announcement soon
