I am interested in JD 832 tf from around 2005. What should I look out for, what is its good and bad parts?

It has a ITC and brown box, can that do section control? What do I need more than a steering wheel to do auto track?

Not got a tf one but have been running an 832 since 2004. Have got on well with it, boom and frame wise we have only really had a problem with the pendulum which cracked out round the pivot. We welded it which lasted a couple of years then when it went again we replaced it.
Somebody will probably be along in a bit to say how they are unstable. They only tip over with driver error, don't steer the drawbar with booms folded and the tank full and they're fine.
Ours is on a brown box it hasn't got section control, I think you need an i series one for that. The box is isobus so the tractor will need to be or you'll need an extra loom which I think is about £1000.
Only changing because I wanted to go wider or it would.have stayed for a few more years, and would have happily stayed with an 8 if I'd found a decent 36m used one.
