These guys are good: https://www.ppgpaints.com/

We use them for 80% of the steelwork that goes out the door in primer format and I've found that the sigmadur top coats although pricey take some beating.

Application wise, we always prime first before a top coat- building the thickness with a good primer means less required thickness in the top coat and les cost in £££

Sounds like you'd be better paying a bit more and going to a full service supplier who can sell you bespoke advice as well as a suitable product. If we don't use the little guys, they will all disappear, sadly.

I bet @Cab-over Pete can recommend a good local supplier 🤣

or I could just ask here and save a few £ so i can pay my nasty tax bill next week

Oh, my aching sides. Have you ever thought of a career in comedy? I hope not.

As it happens, there is a company in Leamington Spa that can supply just what you need.

And a nasty tax bill suggests you’ve made money, even though you whine on about working for nothing.

You get more silly by the day.

I bought 20L of grey oxide from Paintmaster last spring and went to buy another in the autumn and it had gone up by a ridiculous amount. Found some somebody on `EBay selling the same Paintmaster paint for considerably less so took a chance with that. Seems identical.

interestingly just checked my order history to make sure it was Paintmaster paint and it looks like the price is slightly cheaper than last year!

A I paints at Nantwich will supply what you need and offer advice and get it delivered, used them for years ,Before this we used regal paints buying 500 litres at a time and didn't realise what crap it was until we changed after having problems with a batch

Some paint seems to have jumped in price. Went to order a 20 lt drum from usual place a few weeks ago, they phoned to say that it was almost 3 times the price of our last drum bought 8 months ago, they could get us an almost identical colour from different supplier and it was basically same price as previous drum had been.
