Deep ripping ahead of almonds with a D12 cat and hit a gas pipeline. Blew the cat in the air like a toy. Poor driver was toast straight away. Flattened a farm house next door also.

Absolutely fab pictures. What are you working at out there?

Been through there a couple of times on holidays, truely mind blowing agriculture.
Always said that if I had to move anywhere in the morning, the west coast would be where id head.

Quinn are the big cat dealers I think? Also a couple of big dealerships at 5 points I think it was?
Remember a big krone dealership at Bakersfield.

Are you out there for long?

Some pictures from the world Agg Expo in Tulare CA. Said to be the biggest in the world; but I think they are talking pish with that. Main themes were:

1. Drones. There were about 6 vendors offering AGG drones. Idea being that they fly about 250 acres at a time to get a picture. you then send your agronomist to the funny looking patches and they create a spot program treatment; or variable rate treatment.

2. Pushing the Dairies East. North Dakota; Nebraska and other states were there trying to attract Dairy farmers to come east as they the crop farmers are desperate to have dairies on their door steps to be able to sell fodder to and take shyte back from.

3. The nut bubble bursting and waiting for the big correction to come in land prices.

First set of pictures from Newholland Of course. SLE lives on! Now with a range command gearstick.

Some more pictures:

- A serious cultivator. No minimum disturbance nonsense in California.
- Tidy little Nash.
- I thought this looked a pretty good design for a feed cart. the double barrier reduces waste.
- Every good farmer needs their own plane.
- Mad max type machines for trimming Orange groves.
