We know it`s "made for telly" but it is probably a better selection process than the average farm letting.
The agents get a better look at the applicants & the applicants get a chance to present themselves in other ways than just an interview & business plan.
More I see of the farm i reckon it`s a hard place to make a decent living.
The neighbouring farms to it. One is livestock consultant to the show, one has big hen sheds run a local bakery & shop , one has a haulage business & the family who have been there 70 years have accumulated lots of acres.
