How does everyone find testing their cover crops for a nutrient breakdown. sampled this nice brassica mix today. How reliable has results been in the past for people reducing p & k fertilisers particularly.
Some cover crops have a strong ability to access Phosphorus pools in soil that most crops cannot access. As the cover crop biomass decomposes, the Phosphorus then becomes available for subsequent cash crops.
