Cut, fertilise, spread slurry or cry...

So I've just checked my silage ground and I'm not sure what to do...

It's probably just below welly boot height

It's had no fertiliser or slurry yet

Options that I can see:

Option A:
Cut this week, get slurry and fertiliser on and have a big cut at the end of may?
Yes I'll only get 3ish bales/acre but they should be good quality?

Option b:
spread 2500 gallons of slurry and 100kg of urea/acre as normal, Trample the grass and not cut until the end of May?
Yes it will be a big cut but quality could be well back??

Option c:
No slurry and half rate of 50kg of urea and cut 10th-20th may? Still trample grass but a half decent balance between quality and quantity?

In my head I'm leaning to Option A would be best?
Means I can get some more slurry out, I can reset the grass, there's still plenty of moisture in the ground atm for a good second cut then and I have 150-200 bales of rocket fuel?

Any other ideas?
