Early Harvest Premium for OSR

Anyone who has OSR cut, dried and ready to move can get a premium over the standard harvest price. Be quick as this premium will go as soon as harvest gets underway properly.

Best make the most of it this year as can't see a lot being grown next year at these prices, esp round here!!

This is only really applicable to growers with harvest rape to sell and who have it ready now. In Essex I'd suggest you'd get £250 ex which is a lot more then you'll get for harvest later on.

Essex cutting at 11% moisture today, but the windy conditions is splitting the pods ahead of the combine. Good premiums for crop sitting in the barn?

I've sold a couple of loads today (to ADM actually) for a £7 premium. £5 less than yesterday.
