This guy speaks so much sense. Follow him on instagram real food not this processed sh!t, and he attracts people we don’t necessarily connect with I.e townies

p.s. this is ag related so before any teaches pets report it to be moved, stop being so Anal retentive dogooders 😂

What does he say about it? I get awful heartburn and I’m pretty sure it’s white bread that causes it. Wife makes sour dough now and it seems fine
Bread should have 4 ingredients. Not the sh!t that currently in it. Years ago a loaf used to last less than a week before it went mouldy. Eddie demonstrated that a white bagel remained unblemished months (maybe even a year) after he bought it. That isn't normal.

Years ago, bread didn't go mouldy unless you let it get damp, it went stale.
Modern mass produced bread goes mouldy as it already has more water (weight) in it.

Somebody from a big bakery once told me that, and it's right when you think about it.

He basically just says everything is sh!t apart from meat and eggs. Then proceeds to make the most hideous looking looking slop going or eats 30 hard boiled eggs for breakfast.
remember this man was a professional bodybuilder so will have spent a large amount of his life juiced up to the eyeballs on steroids.

Weird guy but exploiting the instagram/tiktok algorithm very well to sell his various fitness and fat loss courses. This is how social media and influencers work, ALL trying to sell you something.

What is it with all the girls on there wearing grey leggings and showing off their arse?
Had a couple with their two mutts walk past myself and 2 drainage contractors yesterday, suffice to say work stopped for a minute or two....

The old, "grey leggings" conundrum.... Do you look at the face and smile a hello, or wait until she walks on past....

He also says a lot of healthy food is sh!t because it doesn’t fit in with the programs he is selling with the online persona he has created in order to sell those programs. This is how it works, there is countless ‘influencers’ in all different areas of business and lifestyle doing the same thing. You can literally buy courses to learn how to get the most exposure from your online persona in order to sell courses. It’s all marketing.
