Thanks for the link - first I've heard about it other than this morning's letter.

Doesn't seem the clearest of explanations though.

This bit made me smile:

I've just wasted half an hour trying (unsuccessfully) to talk to a human being at RPA to find out what this remittance was for, should have just checked TFF first! Their call handling system is useless if you don't know what scheme you are enquiring about! Could it not say 'Basic Payment' somewhere to at least give us a clue on the remittance note? If you are in several schemes it can be very confusing as their remittance notes are not exactly helpful. @RPA can you please ask an option to be added to the call handling system for 'other' enquiries or to speak to an operator and can you please ask for remittance notes to be more helpful - we usually get an email as well as a remittance note but nothing came through. It's a bit desperate when you have to trawl the internet to find out what a payment relates to. Even your tweet in Sept mentioning FDM was not exactly helpful!

Based on the two payments I've received for the two claims I make, I'd guess it was about 1% of the original claim.

Can't be 100% sure, we didn't know how much it would be, but we've had no paperwork to say it has been paid. I was eligible for the full amount as well so we would have noticed if it was paid, assuming it was a couple of grand.

I'm 99% sure all of them got paid with the main claim.....but since the exchange rate was down, it just topped it back up to "normal".

It's in the bank so I'll keep quiet and ask no questions don't want them demanding it back again

@RPA can you confirm if Young Farmer Payment was paid in with the main SPS and if it was itemised on the statement? We have made enquiries and have now made a formal complaint but no one seems to be able to answer the most basic of questions.

Had the money but no remittance

I didn't know what it was for either.
The statement told me SFA, other than an acronym I didn't recognise, and another list of figures which matched nothing previously sent.
I thought they coughed up cash for a vapourised land parcel in 2105 - but not altered the entitlements, so wasted time, paper and a stamp telling them this - and my MP.
