Going rate for relief milking

Ranges £35-60 per milking depending on amount of cows/ length of milking
Neither should really effect pay.
Milking should take 2-2.5 hours.
As for numbers should you get paid more for milking 300 giving 5000l or 150 giving 10,000 l? I don't see the logic in that sorry.
I can't pay someone for the hour and quarter to milk the 80 here based on those reasonings tbh.
