Going rate for relief milking

Minimum wage is £7.50 .Not much experience for £11 .I was getting that 25 years ago!

£120 /day minimum here for anyone you can trust
£150 more usual for a pro with insurance

We have some in every other weekend just started he's on £25 a milking 1.5 hours with someone on the yard if things go wrong. That's with cows in the yard ready to go.

Milking should take 2-2.5 hours.
As for numbers should you get paid more for milking 300 giving 5000l or 150 giving 10,000 l? I don't see the logic in that sorry.
I can't pay someone for the hour and quarter to milk the 80 here based on those reasonings tbh.

£10/hr but that's for a second milker where someone more senior is present. Minimum 3.5 hours morning, 3 hr afternoons.
