Hayfever, best options?

I suffer bad hayfever and its peak spring here in the convict ridden lands of the far off colony Australia.

I did get a good nasal spray last year and will renew with doctor today if i can.

We get the usual drugs here zyrtec, telfast etc.

Trying to get a decent nights sleep is the hard part.

Has anyone had any pre bed rituals that help get them through?????

Local Honey but you need to eat it all the time especially in advance of the pollen season. anti histamines e.t.c all help but it is one of those horrible ailments that if you have not had it cannot believe how miserable it is . They can do sensitivity tests to see which pollen was affecting you and then treat with immunotherapy . Quite a bit here although USAhttps://aafa.org/allergies/types-of-allergies/pollen-allergy/

Wife had some nostril device for a while, stuck it up her nose and it glowed red, maybe infra red. It seemed to work very well, but like most things I didn’t listen to the description as to how and why it did.

If you have pets then a wipe over them with baby wipes clears pollen off them so less in the house. Extra hoovering, extra rinse in the shower but dry towels inside rather than out on the washing line. Mrs Zero's hayfever eases a bit once we've cut n baled the fields around the house and yard. Nettle soup is a cure I've heard but doesn't make alot of difference. Other than that, nose spray, eye drops, anti histamine tablets and anti inflammatories.
