Have tried to get my Holder diesel pump fixed in UK but parts are obsolete so trying to track down a 2nd hand pump. Have found this

But not having any luck in setting up the ebay account as my German is practically non existant. Could someone assist as I have never bought off this ebay format before and by the looks of it they do not allow GB account holders but the rest of Europe is fine.

It's not actually ebay but a classified advert website run by ebay, something like gumtree or Craigslist. I'd be tempted to register and send the seller a message asking them to list on ebay proper or else deal offline. Use google translate to help, or I think Chrome browser has a real time translation feature too.

Thats part of my problem. I have tried to register but they then send back a request for a telephone number as part of the registration with what I can see as all european countries apart from UK so cannot finish registration. Hence asking if any non UK based TFF member could assist.

Quite a lot won’t deal outside the Eu nowadays,do you know anyone in Ireland that could take delivery?

I have had the same problem since brexit.
I used to get stuff shipped from Germany to here no bother off of German Ebay but now that seller won't ship to UK.
Ended up using a freight forwarder, they give you a German address something like fermerboy 1, freight forwarder, town in Germany etc. Use that for your German company to send to, then the forwarder folk send it on to UK for a fee.
It's a faff and an extra cost but even with customs and the extra shipping it was still a better option than purchase here. The original seller shipped within Germany for free so only the extra postage bit to pay for.
I use My Germany
https://mygermany.com/
and for the couple of times I've used them it's been no bother, plenty of other companies to pick from too.
Can't help if the seller needs a German phone number though

I can probably bring that back for you @renewablejohn. I was half an hour from Elsdorf last week.

I'll give the chap a message tomorrow.
Thats great thank you. I have already sent Xerion an email so hopefully it may be sorted but I will keep you in mind as I still need a gearbox for my C500 but there a bit like hens teeth. Definitely nothing in UK but Holland and Germany sometimes have them in but they dont hang around for very long.

I had a similar problem. I needed a cylinder for an old Stihl trimmer. Only one I could find was in Germany on a site that looked like Ebay but wasn't. The seller would not ship to the UK so I asked a friend in Germany who looked at the item and confirmed that it was more like their equivalent of gumtree. Being the super chap that he is he bought it for me and then posted it on as a gift so there were no import duties to pay.
I also found a piston for it in Greece but that was a straightforward transaction and arrived in a few days. streamer now working again.
