What are user opinions on, amazone Pantera vs agrifac vs rogator vs jd4040i. Vs others!

We are looking at all options, having had demos of a fair no we liked the agrifac but lots of £, amazone seemed like a good sprayer, booms look a little lighter build? Jd I worry about residuals and road visibility, rogator seems like a good package. We know the Bateman, great company fantastic backup just find them rough on the road. I find my back hurts after a days spraying!

I would Appreciate users views

John Deere is an acquired taste but have to say once you are used to it its a good machine. We have ours on 710 tyres and whatever anyone tells you it will travel as well as a Bateman.

I agree with having back problems after driving a Bateman ! Fantastic sprayer but very outdated compared to the competition . Had a ride in a Rogator last year & loved the machine as an operator . I know somebody who tried Amazone,Agrifac, deere,Bateman & Rogator . He got an Amazone in the end as it was the cheapest at the time for the spec he wanted & the most comfortable .

Have a look at the Knight we have the smaller model 3500l which we are very impressed with, but they also make an out and out 5000l model which is designed from the ground up as that rather than just a bigger tank. Def give them a call you won't be wasting your time

I agree we had a new one last year and after looking at Amazone felt the knight with the same Class cab was a better deal and a good company to deal with

How anyone buying a sprayer can go past the Horsch boom control is something I dont understand. Years ahead of the competition. Lets not forget a lot of the sprayers function is just about getting the chemical from the nozzle to the crop. Being able to spray at lower height with v.v good contour following is ideal.

It does look very good. Does it work as well as the animations suggest?

Exactly Horsch/Leeb have the best package at the moment by a long way. @Tom H

Yes just as well. Have a SP and trailed and love them. Skid unit on the SP is fine and very reliable, others are as good I'm sure but it's the spray back and more importantly the boom why you buy one. Nothing and I'm mean nothing comes close to them.

If you haven't tried the latest Batemans, you should, the ride is very much improved, the cab is quite, the driving position is also very much improved, and you have 50kph+ with lower rpm, and it's stability is exceptional. It may look the same, but under its skin it's a new machine.
