High speed problem Allrad Kramer 480

Hello!
I have a problem with my Kramer 480.
I can't put it in high speed (40km/h)
And sometimes, while driving in high speed mode (when it sporadically works sometimes..) , it will automatically switch to low speed, so the machine will suddenly when driving full speed cut and decelerate to low speed.

Grateful for replies!

i dont know the machine but start checking at....
switch problem
wiring/connections
if they test ok, solenoids?
im assuming its electric shift??not a mechanical lever
Hi thanks

I have started looking for electrical faults , absolutely think its electrical shift.
Haven't found anything suspicious yet though..
It is equipped with a Walterscheid ICVD hydrostatic drive.

Not sure on your model we have a claas telehandler and for 40k road speed you have to select 2 wheel steer
So if you have to do that would that have something to do with it maybe??

yes, the two wheel steering has to be activated on mine too when in high speed mode, and that function works as it should and has never failed to switch in and out.

Hi, still the same problem...
have tested relay, and test run the solenoid 3 step model which is controlled with different volts.
Connected 12V directly to the solenoid a few times to see if it moved freely.
Then I connected everything and the tractor worked as it should after them but now the error is back...

I have an electrical diagram but they are not for the correct model year so they do not quite match...

Does anyone know where to get the wiring diagram? or a repair manual

Model name is Kramer 480 351-02

Just had a problem with our scorpion which is a Kramer no speed reading in the cab and machine wouldn’t go over I’m guessing 5km/hour and sometimes loseing drive changed speed sensor in gearbox and 🤞sorted hope this helps
