Ibc water trough

Anyone on here built water troughs from Ibc's?

Any photos would be great

I've got some off ground with no water that I'd like to graze with youngstock so thought an ibc connected to a water trough ibc would be ideal as its portable around the paddocks as I graze them down?

Not very portable without a loader but I run a 25mm pipe to a water trough from a ibc stacked on pallets on the other side of the fence in emergancys. I fill it with another. It's not ideal easier to have a big trough and fill from the ibc straight into it.

I’ve made a few over the years, dead easy all you need is a 9” grinder and a ballcock. If you can see from the picture one of the top braces drops down to give it more strength and the plastic you cut away can close in the service box, only issue is you get a wet sleeve adjusting the ball height if you need to.
