is forage slow selling this year

got hay ,straw and haylage here for sale but slow moving this year
whats it like in other parts?

Got sheds still full of it and can't see a lot of it shifting.

It's the same over here - haven't even had an objection over price as no enquiries at all. Silage and haylage but no takers.

Not bad here, I'm sure I've shifted more hay from sept to end of dec '14 than I had in the same period in '13, which was a similarly mild winter. Still got 6 months or more to new hay so I'm relatively confident of getting rid of the majority of it. But then all my customers bar one are non-farming ones, which helps. After the disaster summer of 2012 I'm not too unhappy to have some carry over, means I'm ahead of the game if we have (another) bad summer this time.

Not me selling but our yards buying between 6 and 8 of hay 3 of hayledge and 4 straw a week that's big round bales near Edinburgh more likly more than that us some buy in there own
