Kramer brackets

Neighbour has bought a Kramer 750T.
I've taken on the job of changing the brackets on his implements to suit, when he bought it he bought a Fleming bale stacker with it.
My question is when the dealer was selling him the brackets he said that bars have to be added to the bottom of the implement and that this is of paramount importance. The picture shows how said bars are positioned on the attachment, are these really necessary? When crowded over these rest on the boom of the loader but the way the dealer has fitted them they will definitely bend over time.

Also in order to gain 3rd service the pipes for the locking rams have to be unplugged and plugged into the implement leaving these pipes very long, my thoughts were that a Tee could be added so that the implement pipes push into the loader? In order to open the lock pins a button has to be pressed anyway so the locking pins wouldn't operate at the same time. Anyone seen them done like this?

Kramer headstocks can go over centre when tipped forwards so the bars stop that. Those look very flimsy though and are usually much stronger and proper wedges of steel.

I found the hyd fittings to be sensibly placed on implements on our old 312.
@TripleSix uses the modern ones....

I was wondering was that the reason for them. The welding on them which was done by his "professional welder" leaves a lot to be desired too which is why I wouldn't be filled with confidence with them. The welding on one of the brackets wouldn't be great either!
Positioning of the fittings wouldn't be too bad it's just the fact the pipes need to be unplugged each time which is why the other with Tees would be handier.

Leave the pipes as they are.

It's a foolproof system, you cannot possibly dismount an attachment without disconnecting it.

A telescopic Kramer shouldn't need any sort of stops adding to the attachment, it won't go over centre like a 12series can.

Fit shorter pipes or a pipe clamp to the implement if the pipes are too long.
The pipes on my muck gripe are 6 inches long.

Thanks for your reply!
I have the brackets welded onto his bale grab.
I'll do a test this evening with it but if as you say it'll not go over centre then I'll not bother with the stops on the bottom.

Just another query,
when lifting the boom there is a delay before the boom actually lifts, once lifted once it lifts quickly until you go down again at which point the delay returns.
My thoughts are the boom suspension playing up causing it?
Or maybe the delay is normal? If it was my loader this would get very annoying! The neighbour has only just got the loader with 2 months warranty so better to sort now if it's a fault.

The way it is currently would be a real pita because of the delay in lifting each time
Will get him to mention it to the dealer
