could you use a cheap quad or very cheap mule for the first year till you can get your full license,or could you beg borrow a mf 135 etc and tow it between jobs, good on you and good luck

You can not ride an agri registered quad on a tractor licence. You have to have a full licence.
The law is murky as hell thats for sure!

I am 16 years old with a full category F licence and my PA1 and PA4 for slug Pelletiing and have recently been given a contract for 2,500 acres of slug Pelletiing so my plan is to buy this land master but my biggest concern is if I am legal on the road if it's Agri reg? And also I would like to put green star or some kind of satellite navigation is this possible? All replies helpful
Don't know about the law for the vehicle but I would advise you not to buy the sat nav until you have banked this years profits.
If you really need to mark your work a simple foam blobber will be good enough in year one.

good for him i was a examiner for pa tests up to 10 years ago when did the law change

Unaware of the if and when date on which the law must have changed if the minimum age was 18 when you were assessing but all the NPTC test schedules say the minimum age to take the assessment is 16 years old.
