The first picture looks like one from a catalogue. It's not really a far comparison, it looks like a candle.

I've got led lights on the trailers and they are very good, but when they go wrong they are very dear.

Just noticed this thread currently looking for affordable worklamps for excavator has wiring in place suitable for 4 70w24v but need 6 to get decent light was thinking leds would save having to upgrade wiring and give better light, any recommendations?

Just don't buy rubbish.
Where do you think they are mostly made? Mine came from China, bought a second set on the strength of the first and would recommend to anyone. Problem is the fella isn't selling them any more.
This is the same as mine, I think they are a little better than others as the mounting point can be altered.

Does this sort of thing give enough spread of light? Given that not as adjustable as several lamps, would need to be as good/ better than this-

bought mine from larga auto direct from the manufacturer in china, cost me just over £100 including customs charges, those pics were taken approx 5 minutes apart with my iphone from the exact same spot , rated to ip68, loaded some lorries with it this morning, makes such a difference!!!!

just put a set of their 9" spots on the front of the pickup which are identical to ARB intensitys and they make the headlights look like candles in jam jars!!!!

Just for interest this was in broad daylight with headlights on main beam and 1 standard worklight

This was with headlights on full beam, 1 standard worklight and the light bar, seriously impressed for how compact the unit is!!

It gives a very good spread of light and probably is as good/ better than what you have there. Looks like you have one lamp pointing sideways, well it can't do that.
Your right one is pointing sideways but could have a single lamp for that there should be an extra one on there but never got round to it! Thanks
