Had the clean grain auger shaft break next to sprocket below combine earlier this season!! Replaced it and now the top elevator shaft has broke after 1st tank fill a few days ago!! Is this a common problem!! The tensioner looks to be fully up against the slotted hole housing so chain may need a link out!! This combine is new to me this season

Tend to get a bit fatigued with age they tended to do it as they got older or some over tensioned the chain
Yeah I hear they are quite prone for cracking after a while just wondering the short space in time between the two going this season!!
