These contracts are designed to reward growers for the investment and effort that goes into producing a quality wheat by guaranteeing the grower a MINIMUM premium without capping the upside in any potential rise. The grower can fix the base (local feed wheat price) at any time prior to collection. Subject to location and requirements ADM Direct also offer growing contracts for Group 3 biscuit wheat varieties, again on a minimum basis allowing growers to benefit from higher premiums should the market allow.
