New Holland Inteliview data

I use the inteliview monitor, set up to monitor fuel efficiency and work rate, on our T6080 but I can't see any way of saving the data? Can an external memory device be used for this? Seems a good system and very accurate but would be a shame not to be able to save this data! Of course I wouldn't be struggling so much if I had the correct manual for the tractor but the one we were supplied with was the one for standard spec tractors with no sidewinder armrest, would be great if anyone had a link to this? Do the newer T7.xxx series use exactly the same monitor and software?

Yes, there is a USB port on the back, never noticed it before to be honest! With a memory stick plugged in, it shows an icon in the top left corner so looks like I'm getting somewhere, but can't see an option to save anything?

Think I'm getting somewhere, with the plough down and moving forward, the icon changes with a sort of downloading symbol on top of the memory stick! So I'm not sure what it's doing but it's doing something!

Is it that interesting to go home at the end of the day and see precisely how much diesel your tractor has consumed?

Right, I've downloaded the New Holland PLM software and have successfully imported jobs from my memory stick, but can't get any data from the jobs, the jobs are just in a list with time, date, field etc but doesn't seem like you can do anything useful with them. You'd think that all of the work rate and fuel use information displayed on the touch screen in the tractor would go on to the memory stick too! Anyone got any experience with this software?

You will right software on your home computer. We are in the middle of trying to do this and it isn't easy. Make sure the tractor is in advanced in the toolbox screen first, I will look up the print offs I have from NH and get back in touch later. The book will just confuse you it is quite poor and focuses mostly on gps and auto steer.

Tractor is in advanced mode. When you create a machine in the software, in the option tab, there's a 'Fuelable' box you can tick, I'm guessing this is something to do with it, I'm yet to go back to the tractor to try it though. Still no sign of being able to bring up productivity on the software though. You'd think it would be within the capability of the tractor and the software to bring up a perfect log of every bit of data in the job. Have you got the paid version of the software or the free one? It suggests that the free one has enough features for what I'm trying to do.

Not got software yet going to check it out with the dealer first, if it works then I may buy it. I've got files on the memory stick but I don't know if there is anything on them. I want it as a backup in case the screen dumps it's memory.

Let me know how you get on with the dealer, keen to find a solution! I didn't think the screen had any memory until I plugged a memory stick in the other day and it loaded jobs from last year on to the computer.

Depending on what format the files are in, it might be possible to get all of the information you want with a spreadsheet. I am assuming though that these files are not in a closed propriety format.

I believe that the format the files are created in by the tractor are unique to New Holland, I've certainly never seen them before. Would be nice to have it on a spreadsheet though, easier than this New Holland software.

Have now been told by the man at the dealers that you can't bring up the fuel or work rate data on the PC unless you're using mapping. Not looking at buying any PLM system just yet so that will have to wait!
