New / nearly new pickup

It must have been a good few weeks since we last had a pick up thread...

Company vehicle, not farm work, occasional towing and off road but mostly used as a car.

Hilux probably top of my list, but even up to 2 years old / up to 20,000 miles they seem to demand such strong money it makes the new buy seem more attractive, availability is the only problem.

Ranger also interesting, just really not a fan of the new headlight / front end design.

Hi Lux, good, but I am not keen on the styling on the front, but just a personal preference.

I have just got a 19 plate V6 Amarok, it is a lovely truck, really nice to drive on long journeys, and if you want to over take someone the power is there, not sure on long term reliability, but so far I love it!

Get the Toyota, get the underside cleaned off and treated professionally and keep it long term?

Amarok probably a close second, go with the truck with the preferred driving position and interior?

There are stock vehicles about but you may not get choice of colour if buying new.told this by toyota dealer when enquiring about a new land cruiser couple weeks back.
