Right let’s see all the 72 plate shiny brand new machines!!!

3 tractors only doing about 400hrs each, so did not think this was enough, so hopefully 3 will do the same work as 2. Though I am intending to reduce the work that even these 2 will do. The only issue will be logistics of having tractors in the right place, but hopefully it will work. JD is 1 year old, MF is a 72 plate. I am sad to see the 6480 leave us, it has been here for 10 years and has been a good tractor. Changed all of them, as with only 1 higher HP tractor I needed something with a bit more horses than the 5610 to take up some of the slack.

I like that style of TT. Was just saying to my brother the other day, thought they'd soon start appreciating again. Them and early S3s.

What models your TT? I remember racing one with my wrx sti and the TT held its own. The subaru was 300bhp.
Early S3s Especially.I agree. Right Spec and colour and it'll only go up

A couple of reasons. We have had MFs for a while and I fancied a change. Nothing against MFs, I find them good tractors. Also I have starfire and a screen and thought it would be easier to go green.
To be fair to MF they came up with a very tempting deal with a 7718s, but I just fancied driving something different. Both dealers on doorstep so nothing to choose on that front. JD 1 year old, but warranty till 2026. I almost went orange, but their PX prices were dire! Which then made them expensive tractors! Their nearest depot was also closing, which did not help.
The new MF also suits our employees who, in the nicest possible way, do not want a complicated tractor to drive and they are used to MFs.

Well the deere will be leaps and bounds ahead of a dyna 6 for nice to drive and reliability

Hopefully. I was looking at Vario transmissions for the higher HP tractors. So the 7718s was a VT not a dyna 6. I am not used to these transmissions but having had a demo of a couple of tractors with the vario transmission I really like the way they drive. The JD is a Command Pro version so may take a while to get used to it.

Here it is - Isuzu V-Cross. Picked it up yesterday.

Trying to rationalise the number of vehicles here. So - this comes in with, fairly, high spec to be more use as a decent second vehicle.

Out goes a '63 plate Yukon on 95,000 miles (no extras) and a Defender 90 XS -'64 plate on 45,000 miles (some extras and a Dinitrol chassis). Both open to offers - PM?

Yukon has been very reliable but needs a refresh.
I know I'm going to regret selling the Defender but there is too much money tied up in it - I hope - and it doesn't do all the jobs that we need as a family or business. Started with father's Series1 and never been without a Land Rover -
