If that's the case I would guess it would be a police matter and not a group of labour MP's and party officials.
Depends on what you think is too young... it would have been entirely legal for him to bugger young boys of sixteen from the time of the law changing back in, I think, 2000. But some may think that a 50 year old bloke doing that was 'distasteful' to say the least...

Ach well its no going to a Mr Peter Bone.
After having the willy waver in chief 2 PMs ago he probably had a good chance too.
Bone is an idiot. He was frequently interviewed by the media and always made pathetic attempts to defend the indefensible actions of some of the many Tory clowns during what was supposed to be lockdown.

What goes around comes around. His repeatedly ridiculous partisan and arrogant denial of any wrongdoing ain’t going to be so easy to get away with now is it?

Well it seems the right time to resurrect this thread. Braverman has openly stated now isn’t the right time for a Tory leadership contest so it must be about to happen. She obviously sees herself in that role. I think she just might get the job!

No point changing before taking a drubbing. Best to position yourself as the "face for change" for the inevitable, humble pie / lessons will be learnt aftermath.

The cycle of steady hand vs charismatic will continue.

Penny Mordunt maybe.

Nah. Kemi. She’s not daft enough to try before the election though.
Or have they realised there's no point trying at all?

Anybody any further right will be either derailed like Leadsom, or ousted like Truss.

Ergo, you just end up with the same left-of centre policies being sold as right of centre as Rishi, May, Boris, etc, was selling anyway.

So why bother?

Tories are done.
Anyone not aligned with the Civil Service is portrayed as the second coming of Adolf.

We hear that Risky couldn’t even be bothered to vote in the Mayoral election! What message does this send to the electorate? Let’s all move to California?

The thought of that would horrify him.

He'd move to California to be with his globalist pals*, but he'd want us plebs to stay here and suffer the consequences of his 'leadership'.

* - assuming they haven't totally trashed the place by the time he'd be moving!
He’s not very bright is he? He should have told us he was retiring to Hunstanton.
