So how many acres have people still got in the ground and what sort of problems are you facing after the amount of rain we've had? MJ Freeman run 2 self propelled Dewulf harvesters which we have affectionately named the 'ducks' because they love the wet!

Nothing like waiting to lift the last Cara in November, with the frost on the ground and the slub coming up the trace on the old Grimme!

We are seeing a lot of growers that decided to grow on crops to achieve higher yields on tricky land and are now struggling to harvest. This will either end in reduced yields if left to the spring or negative margins if efficiency can not be maintained.

they have wheels ?? does that make the Varitrons "the fish" most serious growers around here have self props these days it seems so despite biblical rain most seem to have got the job done now as far as I can see

Obviously we are biased but we firmly believe that self propelled are the way forward, especially in wet conditions. Ducks have been known to gobble up little fish!

Yes I did that. But we have not stopped its just that since that 40mm. From the east it's been so slow going on strong ground.
Late planting being the course & Markies as they are just that week or so to late to finish off.
Nearly there now but a week to late.
Grimme here though.
